Our coffee is cultivated in our own Ugandan orchards and leading plantations across East Africa, processed in our state-of-the-art facilities, and shipped to EU and Middle East. We take pride in ensuring fair compensation for our farmers and maintaining complete control over the quality of our arabica and robusta coffee. By eliminating intermediaries, we offer competitive prices and secure yearly prices for coffee with our partners.

Daniel Williams

CEO

Daniel has more than 20 years of experience in finance, focusing on agribusiness, and has transitioned to a private investor role since 2020. His extensive background in land management includes leadership positions in the Kaingoroa Forest in New Zealand and the Green Triangle in Australia. He earned both his Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Land Economy from Cambridge University and is currently the CEO of European operations. Daniel lives in Spain with his wife and two children.

Jon Pedley

General Manager

Jon has built a number of successful businesses in Europe and, since relocating to Africa in 2010, he has passionately applied his skills to create employment opportunities, generate wealth, and vital health, education, and sanitation projects in Western Uganda, that he personally funds. Recognizing the potential of the coffee industry, he aims to leverage his European network to tap into the vast opportunities for commercial farming in the Pearl of Africa. His vision includes promoting sustainability and organic agriculture in the region, ensuring a brighter future for local communities.
